Should This Landing Site be Used During the Hours of Darkness, Then This Power Line Should be Removed and Placed Underground.6.Ascertain That the Helicopter Ems Providers Have a Procedure in Place to Establish Communication with Portsmouth International at Pease Airport (Psm) When Arriving or Departing This Landing Site. Communication with Pease ATC is Mandatory When Arriving or Departing This Heliport. No Movement from the Helipad Until a Clearance from ATC is Given.7.Remove the Power Line and Poles Along the Access Road As Indicated in the Proposal.8.Remove the Light Poles and Shorten Some of the Poles As Indicated in the Proposal. |
